It’s too early.  It’s too late.  It’s too hot.  It’s too cold.  I’ll finish it tomorrow.  I’ll try next year. I won’t be good enough.  I can’t do it.

If there’s one thing we can learn from Oscar Pistorius, the South African runner known as the blade runner and fastest man with no legs, it is NO MORE EXCUSES!

On 4 August 2012 he became the first double leg amputee ever to participate in the Olympic Games.

Are you guilty of making excuses that keep you from accomplishing your goals?  Are you letting people or circumstances stand in your way?

Take it from Oscar, having a positive attitude and and being grateful is the way to go.  When asked about his Olympic experience, he said, “This whole experience was one of the highlights of my career.  I just had the most amazing experience representing my country. My experience here, everything has been superb. From the organization to the crowd to the fans and to friends. I couldn’t have hoped for a better time.”

We can learn a lot from Oscar Pistorius.

Make today count.  No more excuses.
